Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DuraCast India. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product, we are here to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective, such as dents, broken parts, or incorrect size (from our end). Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery, and the product must remain unused, with all tags, boxes, and original packaging intact. A package unboxing video is required as proof for any claim of defective products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a digital gift card of the same value (valid for 3 months) will be issued.

Refunds or replacements are not available for correctly delivered products. Please review all product sizes and specifications carefully before purchasing to avoid any inconvenience.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
