Shipping Restrictions We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to international destinations.

Lost  Shipments In the event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at duracastindia@gmail.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments In the event of any product damage caused by courier handling, we do not offer a standard guarantee or replacement. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and can provide a replacement upon request, with an additional nominal shipping charge.
